BQW NC01 Soundproof curtain is modular and flexible. It offers the benefits of both noise barriers and sound absorption. NC01 is a model in the BQW’s acoustic curtain series, mainly used in the field of noise control.

Consistence and Materials: The NC01 curtain consists of a 4Kg/m2 loaded vinyl barrier sandwiched between two layers of acrylic coated-fiberglass-cloth faced quilted fiberglass absorbers. Silicone coated fiberglass cloth available.
Size: 1200mm wide and 2500/3000/3500/4000mm Length. Tailored sizes also available, recommended width≤1200mm, length≤4500mm.
Available colors: Gray, white, black, or tan.
Apparent thickness: About 30 mm.
Weight: About 6 Kg/m2.
Flammability: Chinese GB8624-2012 Class B1.
Accessories: Hook and loop fasteners, grommet hangers, curtain support hardware.

The air sound insulation is tested according to Chinese GB/T19889.3-2005 and evaluated according to GB/T50121-2005.
The sound absorption coefficient in reverberation room is tested according to Chinese GB/T20247-2006 and evaluated
according to GB/T16731 – 1997.

BQW’s soundproof curtains offer significant noise reduction with high STC and NRC acoustical ratings. They can be supplied as a partial or complete enclosure around noisy industrial equipment including: COMPRESSORS, PUMPS, GENERATORS, BLOWERS, FANS, GRANULATORS, PRESSES. Also suitable for larger complete enclosures including: MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT, TEST CHAMBERS, MACHINERY ENCLOSURES.
Portable Acoustic Screens can be used individually or in groups to form partial noise enclosures, offering complete mobility and maximum accessibility.
